Tom and Emma’s midsummer night’s dream

Take a look at Tom and Emma’s beautiful midsummer night’s themed wedding. This day exuded elegance, creativity, sophistication and love!

The hair and make up for Emma and the Bridal Party was done by the fabulous Tamara Girvray, Gemma Chapman and Amelia Sharp in our gorgeous Lady’s Chambers. They put the girls at ease and created some beautiful natural looks. The emotions really started sinking in for Emma’s mum, Bella as she saw how stunning her daughter looked.

Emma and her bridal party made their way up to The Rococco for finishing touches. Once the hair was finished, gypsophila was added to tie in with the midsummer night’s dream theme and they then proceeded to slip into their striking bridesmaid dresses.

The bridesmaids were asked to wait next door for the big reveal whilst we got Emma into her breathtaking dress.

Then the moment came that Emma’s Grandad had been longing for…

Shortly after, Emma prepared herself to walk down the aisle where Tom was eagerly waiting…

…and they became Mr and Mrs Lefever.

Everyone was blown away by the beautiful theme that Emma and Tom had created for their special day.

They even took the time and effort to dry out petals, as well as making cones for their guests to use during the confetti throw.

Family and friends were then directed to the gorgeous Ballroom where they enjoyed their delicious 3 course meal. Once they had finished the time had come that everyone was waiting for… SPEECHES! As soon as Tom had finished his speech, it was onto the best man (who was understandably nervous) As we all know, no speech goes to plan, little did we know that Emma was going to stop the speech half way through… I could see a desperate look of panic come over Emma’s face as she was trying to summon her Mums attention and suddenly blurted out “I’m so sorry I can’t hold it any longer… I need a wee”. As you can imagine this had the whole room in tears of laughter and the poor best man left speechless, no pun intended!

You will all be glad to know Emma did return with a huge applause on entrance!

It was then time for the bouquet throw where there were lots of ladies excitedly waiting to see who would be the next bride.

Once the fighting had finished for the bouquet, Tom and Emma made hearts melt again during their first dance.

Him and Her photography commented on how much they enjoyed shooting this wedding as it was filled with love and laughter!

We would like to wish Mr and Mrs Lefever all the best for their future.
