Our Dinner Date Evening is the perfect opportunity to treat your loved ones to a delicious 3-course dinner! It’s also a great opportunity to familiarise yourselves with our lovely venue & our staff, and try our amazing food! It doesn’t just have to be for the two of you, you can bring friends, family, colleagues… all are welcome!

Arrival is from 5.00 pm where you’re free to wander at your leisure, visit bedrooms you have not yet seen, take in the gorgeous venue again or wander around the grounds and admire the surroundings.
Welcome Drinks are served at 7pm and Dinner is then served at 7.30 pm. Our Chef team works tirelessly to ensure our food is perfect and you enjoy the best food possible!
Chicken Liver Parfait with a Red Onion and Grape Chutney
A smooth paté flavoured with lardons of bacon, cream and brandy – garnished with salad leaves and
served with toasted crouton and fruit chutney
Pesto Roasted Salmon
Served with Roquette salad, parmesan shavings and basil oil
Wild Mushroom Risotto (V)
Wild mushrooms sautéed with garlic and fresh herbs topped with rocket and parmesan and finished with herb oil
Carrot and Coriander Soup (VG)
One of our favourite soups made with fresh coriander, complementing the sweet flavour of the carrot
Traditional Roast Topside of Beef with Yorkshire Pudding
Served on a bed of horseradish mash with a rich red wine jus
Forestiere Style Free Range Breast of Chicken
Stuffed with mushrooms and served with a rich red wine jus, baby onions and thyme
Herb Crusted Salmon
On a bed of Julienne vegetables with a chive butter sauce
Croustade of Mushroom (V)
Baked Portobello mushroom filled with a mushroom fricassée and wrapped in crisp puff pastry
Apple and Blackberry Tart with Blackberry Ice Cream (V)
Crisp butter pastry filled with Autumn fruits and topped with almond frangipane
Sticky Toffee Pudding (V)
Served with toffee sauce and Baileys cream
Baked White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake (V)
A butter biscuit base with rich cream cheese topping served with raspberry coulis
Vegan Chocolate Brownie (VG)
Dark chocolate and almond based sponge, served with coconut vegan ice cream
