Get into the Christmas spirit and join us for a fantastic evening full of festive food and drink, dancing and a few surprises along the way!
Arrival is from 5pm so you can check in to your room, if making it a nice night away!
At 7pm, you will be greeted with some bubbles and mouth watering canapes. We will also have the very talented Keira Richer singing to get you into the Christmas spirit with some well known classics!
A succulent three course meal, that has been specially prepared for you by our Head Chef Nikki, will then be served in a beautiful ballroom, followed by tea, coffee and homemade petit fours…

Cranberry roulade with pink grapefruit salad and cumberland sauce
Roasted Goats Cheese Crostini
Caramelized mango, chili and beetroot salsa with a rocket salad
Smoked Salmon and Chervil Pate
Cucumber relish and toasted brioche

Slow Roasted Pulled Pork Fillet
Served with mash potato, honey braised pak choi, black treacle and orange jus
Oven Baked Supreme of Hake Fillet
Topped with basil hummus and chorizo Baby spinach risotto, balsamic syrup and roasted tomato olive oil
Crispy Puff Pastry Layered with Slow Roasted Red Peppers and Avocado
Caramelized figs, golden beets and chunky tomato ragout

Classic Crème Brulee
Studded with brandy soaked cherries and chocolate shortbread

Then to finish off the evening, the Disco will be in full swing with the talented band, The Editions, who will be playing all night to all the best party songs and with a few classic Christmas songs thrown in for good measure!
