Karen specialises in creating beautiful, long lasting and flawless bridal makeup. She loves to take the time to work out the perfect look for each client. Using high quality products, her aim is to enhance your best features, whilst using the correct application techniques. Karen’s knowledge in photographic makeup will ensure your look will be perfectly portrayed in pictures too.
Karen regularly attends Britain’s top masterclasses and shows to keep up with the latest trends. She does this not only because it is her passion, but in this industry, makeup looks change and it’s important to keep up to date with what is current and innovative. Karen also has her work featured in various publications and bridal blogs.
Karen’s professional kit is exclusively made up of a wide range of luxury brands including Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Laura Mercier, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Benefit, Urban Decay and Illamasqua, plus many more.
Karen only ever does one wedding per day. This means she will be exclusively yours right up until you walk down the aisle (for touch ups if required).
At your trial you will visit Karen in her exquisite salon based in Chelmsford. She will assess your skin and your current makeup routine. Preferred makeup looks are discussed as well as colour themes to ensure the right makeup look is achieved for your special day. Then a bespoke makeup look will be created using the most luxurious makeup products available on the market. These products have been carefully selected to make sure they not only look great in photographs but last all day right through to the evening, however hard you party!
