Just just wanted to send a few words to highlight the fantastic job your team did last Sunday.
From the point of booking with you guys, we were instantly made to feel like royalty, and our first planning meetings with Gaynor were a dream. Unfortunately due to Covid our wedding was delayed for the first time, with Lucy taking the reigns. Again more fantastic customer service in that hard time, always happy to have a chat and work through ideas. Even when we had to reschedule for a second time, again always happy to help and change plans, and discuss any new options we could have. And all the way through had clear ideas of guidelines and was happy to explain!
Now on to the actual day with Faye, what an absolute asset you have with her. Working in hospitality myself I know how much stress she was under, but I cannot fault a single thing throughout the day. She was always there if anyone had any questions, was clear and punctual with moving people and getting everyone in the right place. Happy to push something back for 10 while the photographer wanted us a bit longer. Without her I have no idea how it would have gone. Just a great person all round.
Your housecleaning staff are also to be commended, as keeping your venue clean and tidy must be no small task! But rooms were spotless, grounds and communal areas was well maintained and clean. Just perfect.
During the night Jason was a fantastic DJ, reading the room right and just fitting the mood perfectly.
Overall I cannot think of a SINGLE thing that we weren’t happy with, a fantastic time was had by all and we cannot thank you guys enough. Thank you so much
