‘Tis the season to indulge in a festive feast and meet Father Christmas!
On Sunday 17th December 2023, we’ll be laying on a 3-course Christmas Lunch including all the scrumptious traditional trimmings as we celebrate the Christmas season with a visit from Father Christmas. It will be a lovely family day out and you will not only leave stuffed from a scrumptious Christmas dinner but filled with Christmas spirit.
Sunday Lunch will be served in our Ballroom and there will also be tea, coffee and mini mince pies, with the menu including Roast Turkey with all the trimmings as well as Gingerbread & White Chocolate Cheesecake. The whole house will be decked out in decorations, garlands and trees for a truly magical Christmas event – if you’ve never been to the mansion during Christmas, it’s definitely worthwhile as it turns into a winter wonderland.
Father Christmas will also join us and your children will not only get to take photos with him but will also receive a special gift. We haven’t forgotten about the adults, you will receive a glass of festive fizz on arrival as a special treat.
Be sure to wear your best festive wears, Christmas jumpers and accessories encouraged! Arrival at 12.30pm for lunch at 1pm.

Starter
Chicken Liver and Brandy Parfait
Served with cranberry chutney and a toasted crouton
Smoked Salmon and Prawn Tian
with avocado, lemon dressing and baby leaves
Beetroot Carpaccio (V)
Thinly sliced poached beetroot with Goat’s cheese, walnuts and mixed leaf salad
Parsnip and Chestnut Soup (VG)
With thyme and dried cranberries
Main
Roast Turkey with all the Trimmings
accompanied by seasonal vegetables and a red wine reduction
Roasted Topside of Beef with a Mustard and Marmalade Glaze
Served with Yorkshire pudding, roasted parsnips, seasonal vegetables and potatoes
Salmon En-Croute
Served with ratatouille and new potatoes
Winter Vegetable, Spinach, Walnut and Lentil Wellington (VG)
with roasted carrot and parsnip, exotic mushrooms and cranberry jus
Dessert
Gingerbread and White Chocolate Cheesecake
served with a winter berry compote and a Baileys sauce
Warm Chocolate Fondant
with black forest cherries, clotted cream and chocolate sauce
Spiced Apple Pie
Served with cinnamon ice cream
Trio of Cheese
Brie, Cheddar and Stilton accompanied by crackers, grapes, celery and festive chutney
Followed by
Tea, coffee and mini mince pies

Tickets are priced at £55 per adult including 3-course Christmas lunch and welcome drink, and £27.50 per child including 3-course Christmas lunch and a gift from Father Christmas. Photos with Father Christmas are also included.
